REMINDERS Emails will be sent to you at least 2 weeks in advance of the billing date, detailing the wines, pricing, pick-up availability or shipping date, and pick-up party details.
BILLING Releases will be quarterly (March, June, September, December) and your credit card on file will be automatically charged for that quarter’s wine selections. Any updates or changes to your membership must be received no later than one week prior to the billing date. We request a one year commitment and look forward to getting to know you!
PICK UP MEMBERS Your wine club package will be available at the winery on the first day of each quarter. You may pick up your wines in the tasting room during regular business hours or at the wine club pick up event. Pick up members who do not pick up within 60 days of the release will have their packages shipped to the address on file and shipping and handling will be applied.
SHIP TO MEMBERS At delivery a signature by an adult over 21 years is required. We will provide advance notice and tracking for shipments. All orders ship via UPS Ground. UPS is unable to ship wine to a PO Box. Basignani Winery will not be responsible for shipping charges due to misdirected shipments or failure to provide a signature by an adult over 21 years. Due to individual state regulations we cannot ship to all states. Damaged shipments are insured. Please notify the winery if you incur such a shipment. Because of our sensitivity to the temperature variances that can occur during the summer months, we generally ship Monday through Wednesday. We may, at times, contact customers to consult on overnight shipping or a holding the shipment back to ensure the integrity of their wines.
